So my malawi cichlids just had babies in my 125g non-planted tank. There are lots of rocks and crevices for them to hide in. . .Is there anything special I need to do to care for the fry or do I just let nature take its course??

Do you want to save the fry? If there are a lot of hiding spots, chances are some will make it. If the tank is well established then they will be able to pick at microscopic stuff to eat. You may want to try to target feed some bbs or first bites near where they are.
