nerite snails

Hi can anyone comment on how big the different varieties of nerites get? Also what is the proper way to acclimate a snail?

Which varieties do you need to know about? Red spot, zebra, and tiger get to about quarter diameter. Horned or clithion species get to about nickel diameter.

To acclimate, I float to match temperature, then set them upright on the substrate surface.
