ok is this normal? my frontosa is 3 1/2 inches and she has had babies 3 times so far with about 10-15 each time and she is holding her 4th .the same goes for my other but she is 3 inches and she has had babies two times. my male is 5 inches. Is this normal? Aren't they suppose to be bigger.

P.S. they are 2 years old

also im 14 and have successfully bred frontosa with a total of 27 fry YAY!!

Impressive. My Fronts didnt breed until the male was well over 10" and the females were over 5"

Throw up some pics.

Not sure what you can get for them back there, but around here the LFS will give you $8-$10 ea depending on the strain

yeah i understood that but arent they suppose to be alot bigger and older??

they are hybrid sort of the male was a 7 stripe kingoma and the female is a Burundi
