How much water do you change and how often. what are you feeding them? What temp do you keep them at? Those fish should be at least 5" by now.

I agree with John. Your discus should be adult size or getting there by now. It's likely that by now they are stunted. it's possible there's a bad bloodline as well, which could be the cause of the small size.

They were probably stunted when you bought them. Especially if you bought from LFS. Post your water parameters including temp, your feeding schedule, water change schedule and some pics.

What size tank?

IMO your water change schedule is marginal at best to try to grow out Juvies, and the food your feeding is well, sorry, but junk. Bloodworms should be fed as a occasional treat only, nutritionally they are severly lacking. Not so sure about the color crisps. In all honesty, its too late for these fish, and they were most likely sub-par when you purchased them. Pictures would be nice.

BTW, what size tank?
