Farlowella Catfish okay for a 20?

On the way to the airport I looked in a petland of all places and they had a huge variety of fish. In one of the tanks I saw farlowella catfish. In another there was elephant noses. They had a better selection than my LFS. The only difference is that my LFS doesnt smell or have a random tortiose w/ birthday balloons walking around. So anyways would a farlo be okay for a 20?

You mean 20 gallons right?
I just tried checking this fish on planetcatfish but got multiple catfish but you can check it out to see which is the right catfish you saw and get info on it's size and whether it'll get too big for the tank.

6-8inches. Sofar mine is 7 and hasn't grown longer but fatter. his little Swimmerets (long string at the end of his tail) might make him over 8.5 tho
