Hi

Just purchased a ROma 240 tank and got a sunsun hw 302 filter with it. NO instructions. I want to test it in a sink, but water does not seem to be flowing. Not sure it has all the parts. Two green tubes coming out. one has the bubble connection and the other one has nothing. Please help

The other end needs the intake tube (assuming the "bubble connection" you're talking about is the spray bar for the return). Put water in the canister - fill it up - then put the lid on, and submerge the intake tube (easiest I've found to test is using a bathtub, not a sink), and stick the spray bar to the side of the tub so the return water is flowing back into the bathtub. You may need to use the big blue button to get the siphon started, and once it gets going, it should do fine. But if you don't have an intake tube attached to the green tubing for the intake side, you'll be hard pressed to keep fish out of the filter and to keep the green tube submerged... So you may need to get some parts...
