I got this little guy at my local LFS and it was labeled as a jaguar synodontis...are they correct? If so does anyone know the scientific name for it so i can find some more info on it?........I cant seem to find much by searching jaguar synodontis thanks in advanced for any help

its looks kind of like an african threadfin catfish.

yea it does to me to especially the top fin and back end of the fish....but the front dont to much but i know its a juvenile and his designs will change...im just curious this LFS has mislabeled fish quite a bit, but unfortunately its the only one around besides petco...and i almost refuse to buy a fish from that place

It's a juvenile eupterus, aka featherfin, will more than double in size and look completely different in a couple more months.
