911 baby hatchets

So long story short, I bought a ram and put him in my 10 gallon before putting him in my 30, he had ick the next day. I have been battling ick since the (almost a month ago). The ick cleared up and then fungus attacked. I tried maracynoxy, lost 3 fish....switched to melafix and Pimafix, no results. Now my hatchets have no tails....I have binox and api fungus cure powder, I'm doing a water change now, which one should I use? They have cotton like fungus all over and fin rot. The ram has some cottony spots but no fin rot....yet. I also have shrimp in that tank.

Fungus cure is Victoria green b and acriflavine if that helps anyone.
