Alrighty so I have had this tank established for a few months now, no problems at all.

I added about 7 fish last Friday, and everything was going great. I come home from work today at this is what I see:

I have never dealt with a disease or anything before. If it is ich please help me and let me know what I can do and how to stop this before it kills my 30+ cichlids. I have some syndo. petricola which I believe are scaleless so I may be limited on some treatments.

It looks like air bubbles are on the fish, and only on a few of them. Thanks for the help!

It's hard to tell from the picture, but it might be Velvet. I'll see if I can find anything on it for you.

That is definitely ich. I've never had to treat an infected tank with scaleless fish, but I suggest you try the heat only treatment method. Most strains of ich cannot reproduce in temperatures above 85 degrees. To treat, raise the temperature of your tank 1-2 degrees every few hours over the course of a day until the temperature is 86-88 degrees. It is very important that you increase aeration while the temperature is raised as warm water does not hold much oxygen. Maintain the raised temperature for at least 10 days, and keep it up for at least 3 days after the last trophonts on the fish disappear.
You can read about other effective treatment options here http://www.cichlid-forum.com/articles/ich.php

I'm pretty sure that's Velvet, but I could be wrong. There's some pictures here. http://www.fishdeals.com/fish_diseases/oodinium_velvet/
See if the symptoms listed there match.
Did you quarantine those new fish? If you didn't, I bet what happened was you introduced fish carrying the parasite into your tank. Since you added 7 fish, it might have stressed the inhabitants, opening the door for disease. I've done the same thing.
I don't feel that it would be right for me to try to give you advice, because I might mess things up for you, but I'm sure someone who can help will be along soon.
