What is this fish?

I would like to know more details about this fish in the picture. from the pic of the aquarium environment it looks like fresh water but the fish color doesn't look like one

I would like to get the name/species of this fish

I say its some kind of a Wrasse. Something like a Lyretail Wrasse and that would make it marine so break out the salt

That is definitly a Salt Water Wrasse. They are full SW fish, you'll need a SW set up to care for them. Weird choice of background for the fish though.
