Unidentified health issue

Eventhough my Pike did not survive, I would still like know what afflicted her.

She was alone when the issue was minimal and it progressed...
Her red tear drops faded away.. She ate..

Driftwood was cured prior adding it to the tank..
no rocks.
A few swords and Kripts plants..
Pool filter sand.
Eheim Pro 3 2075
Rena Xp 2

Used tap water for water changes, water tested several times .. all good
Used Prime to condition the water.

I could only see the first pic, and it wasn't too clear, but my eyes could be blurry from MFK's color scheme. Did the fish have milky patches in the slime coat?

I'm thinking that might be it Columnaris. It does appear to be the milky, filmy appearance of Columnaris. True fungus is more hairy looking. Certain kinds of external parasites can cause filmy, milky looking areas on the body due to excessive slime coat production, but this looks more like Columnaris, at least to me. I have had to deal with it a few times and this does look very similar to what I've seen.

I didn't read through your MFK thread; what else was in the tank with her when she came down with this illness, and how are the others that were with her looking/feeling?

Prior tank mate was a Pleco. Got ride of it. S he was alone since then..and had gotten worse she was strong and lasted a period of 2 months.

I was wondering what can I do to nuke the tank and all canister filters to get ride of this affliction. and start fresh
Or
Instead can I treat the tank with TMP sulfa from National Fish Pharmaceuticals.. then the issue would be where to get it in Canada..
