It's swimming fine, and eating fine. Not flashing and breathing is not labored. Sooo, any clues? It has a BIG bulge and it has a pink color to its tail on the bottom.

Water Params are:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 3
pH 7.4
Temp 71.2f

Not really sure, TBH. I'm guessing it's parasitic. If you haven't already, get him out of that tank and into quarantine.

85F is quite warm for a lot of tropical fish even.

I wish I could help Cap but I agree with Slappy...QT with lots of water changes and hope for the best until someone has a better answer.

I just found that with a quick google search. I was just trying to say 71 is a little low.

I have him moved to a qt tank, and the temp in his regular tank is up to 74. If anyone else thinks of something, I would love to hear it
