My tiny ABN BN pleco ate a rock from the tank and its stuck in him and its quite big i can see it protruding from his stomach! Im not sure what to do! Any help????

Its definitly a rock because when he tries to move he flips upside down and cant move and you know how their mouths suck to things, his mouth looks like its sucking to something but hes just laying on a rock but his mouth isnt on it. (That might sound confusing) . I cant get a pic because he wont move at all. I tried using a net to move him but he just sits there, I only saw the rock because he was flipped upside down. Could he survive or no?

He died. I pushed the rock up and it was huge. Im going to leave him in the tank til the morning to see if he comes back but I doubt it. Hes not moving at all.
