I can't upload pics!

Can someone help me figure out why I can't upload my pics from my computer? It comes up with an exclamation mark that says undefined error.

It's issues with attaching files...after hitting "manage attachments"

1) Thumbnails of random previously uploaded pics do not show
2) An error sign appears when you try to upload new pics

The only way I've been able to get pics on AC is through an outside photo site and using the

code.
