I had the same thought when transferring my refugium during the upgrade.

Quite a few suspicious looking bristleworms got thrown out during that transfer.

Flat worm. I'm pretty sure the clear ones are ok. It's the brown/red ones you have to worry about.

Definitely a FW and agree with blue that one is likely harmless. The clears are known/thought to be harmless algae grazers but I would probably still suck that guy (and any of his little friends) out with a turkey baster or small diameter tubing. Also, inspect any corals you have and see if they are hanging out on them.

Acoel Flatworms: Simple, "gut-less", small worms... including the ones that "reproduce like rabbits" in reef tanks... best left alone... or selectively siphoned off (mainly) soft corals, out of reef systems.

^If that ID is incorrect and you have a problem pest on your hands you can consider FW Exit...

There are so many types of FW's. Some are really bad, some just ugly!
SG = 1.024-6; Alkalinity 8.3-9.3 dKH; Calcium 420; Magnesium 1300; Temp = 76 to 80; pH = 7.9-8.3. Alkalinity and calcium are dependent on Mg.
