So I ran out of my tropical flakes and compared to an older (1year old?) can of goldfish flakes and there really isnt much of a difference in ingredients... Is it okay to feed my fish this? (Gourami, rainbows, blue rams)?

There isn't a lot of difference in ingredients, but one year is getting a little old if the can has been opened. Would be fine for the short-term, though.
