so ive put my 20L on hold while i look at options for a possibly bigger tank for the living room. im thinking i want to do angels but a 20l is not suitable. i like the look of a 20 h but idk if its big enough for angels. maybe ill just genetically engineer angels to be smaller ha ha ha. looking on cl for good tank deals, maybe a 55 if i can get it cheap with stand. this hobby gets addicting fast.

don't feel bad, I started with a 5gal and by two years i had 20 aquariums 30gal or higher. I think you'd need at least a 30gal for an angel.

If you're looking at a 55 you'd really be better off/happier with a 75. Stocking options are much wider, and for the relatively small difference in cost it's well worth it.

+1 on 55 or 75.

Angels are nice when you keep them in groups. That means a bigger tank :thm:
