I'm currently in the process of breeding my bettas and thought you guys might like to see some pictures.
Here is the female:
She is a dragon halfmoon. This is her first time breeding, but she's raring the go: look at all those eggs!
And here is the male:
I adore this fish. He's so full of personality and has turned out to be quite the
aggressive little guy! He's only 4months, and this is his first time breeding.
The pair in a divided tank:
The pair was added to the breeding tank yesterday - they are taking a while to get going as both of them are new to this whole spawning thing. The male finally began working on his nest this morning, and he's made quite a bit of progress. The female spends most of her time hiding, and occasionally running from the male.
