My main tank has had many faces throughout the year the good, the bad, and the ugly. I figured it was about time I made a journal to better document my progression. So here is a old time line of my old tanks. Not the best pics but this is what I have been able to scavenge up. The 29g tank had pressurized co2 around the end besides the last 2 pics.

This was my first main tank that I started in 2007 it is a 29g. For more specs you can check out this journal: Journal of My First Tank 29g

This is my current main tank that I set up in 2009. It is a 40g breeder.

Lol yeah its a bit overstocked but considering the plant density its not too bad. I do water changes twice a week to keep up and have ammonia monitor just incase, which has never gone up. There used to be more but I moved my dwarf neon rainbowfish into a breeding tank in my fishroom, with my neon ricefish and dwarf red blue gularis. Definitely makes the tank lively with all the fish and they all get along :) In the back right corner is a pile of rocks so they have more open room to swim back there, gives them options this way ;)

Even though looking a the pic more Im kinda thinking a lil less is more like the plant in the middle in the back needs to come out and I can run my HC all the way back and divide the tank to make it look like a valley hmm....
