Is this velvet? Platinum angelfish, but their fins are reddish. I think it is bacterial.

They still are eating well, some of my discus have it as well. I put the temp up to about 87+.

A water temp of 87+ may kill the fish. I've done that with my fish when they had ick and the high water temp killed them off. I suggest you turn the water temp down.
I am not worried about the temp. They are normally in 84 degree water. I am pretty sure it is velvet and am treating it with copper sulfate. Honestly, I have never had fish die from warm water (other than extremes)...like one time a heater broke at the LFS and cooked some discus (I discovered it as a customer). Even the gold fish in my pond survive water temps of 90 degrees in the summer.
Thanks for the input though.

87 isnt that high when dealing with stuff like valvet or ich, infact i would have told him to turn it up to 86 to 88 to help with sick fish.
