Maxing out at 9mm...not even half an inch! SO cute, I wonder if they will ever be available as pets. I can just see a vivarium filled with tiny little frogs going about their business. That said, I dont want to see them pulled and eradicated from the wild just for the pet trade, and with only carrying 2 eggs at a time, I doubt these guys are fast breeders.

Catching 9mm long cryptically colored frogs that live in leaf litter is akin to finding a needle in a haystack. If they ever do hit the pet trade you can bet that they'll be literally worth more than their weight in gold, at least initially. If they can be bred they'll come down, if not the actual logistics of collecting them will keep the prices insanely high. Habitat destruction is what will do in such a creature, not over-collecting.
