Hematoma in mouth

My oldest goldfish has a tumor in her mouth/lip. It has been there a while. It seems to grow and recede. She has always been able to maintain a normal life...eating, sifting and breathing. I had at one time considered trying to remove it, but i figured I would just leave it alone. Recently it appears to have filled with blood to form a quite large hematoma. This makes the one side of her mouth stick out. She can still eat and appears otherwise normal. Not sure of what action, if any, to take. Water is kept clean and I have reduced feeding.

Should I hospitalize and add salt, in an attempt to draw fluid out? Should I attempt to make an incision and drain it? Or just leave it be.
