Help ID this Leather Coral.

I have a 350g reef with 400w 20,000k MH. I got this coral in a trade for a protein skimmer. I started out with it at middle of tank. Looked unhappy and moved to top of tank, looked very unhappy. Moved to bottom of tank where it now resides. Seems to be happy. Can anyone tell me what kind of leather coral it is.

I think this is a little better picture. The coral is starting to get very light purple or grey areas on it. The one on the tip about center is visable in this pic. Does anyone know what is causing this? Should I move the coral closer to the lights? Does it need greater water flow? If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.
