I have ich and fin rot in the same tank on the same fish. The fish is a lyretail platy. Tankmates are 6 t-bone rasboras, 20+ adult and fry platys, 1 live oto and two yesterday-removed dead otos. The tank has been set up since Christmas and the ich is in the water because it is on some fish that I pulled from the tank and put in the third tank that was meant for QT.
How do I treat with one med to cure the fin rot and decimate the ich without killing the otos or fry?
