Beginer stuff that looks good and low maint, and very hardy. THese guys survived a tank meltdown by last owner last year, and are now growing well.

    Branching frogspawn
    Kenya trees
    stary polyps
    mushroom
    toadstool
    Favites

Don't wanna post pictures because I'm having a bit of an algae problem =p
Started 100g show with 55g sump.

    Hopefully I can go reefing

How big is the tank? Depending on the tank those lights may not grow much more then mushrooms.

Corals generally don't walk. The closest you get to anemone type movement is musrooms (which sort of makes sense) which can make small moves or detach.

Putting them in depends on the corals. Some you glue down, others you convince to like a rock and glue/epoxy that down.

I've had all of those above in a 55gallon. You'll lose space quick with the kenya's though.
