I just added three Cajun dwarf crayfish to my 20L shrimp tank. In literally about a minute after being placed in the tank, a pair started mating! (see photo). Anyone know how long it takes for the female to lay her eggs and for the young to hatch? This is my first attempt at breeding anything. Also, are the Mexican dwarf orange crayfish (CPOs) compatible with the Cajun dwarfs?
