Going to try out one of these breeders as a HOB Fuge for macroalgae and pods. http://www.kensfish.com/product3709.html On my DIY Aquaclear fuge mod's I have a clip on desk lamp with CFL bulb, I'd like to do something less bright so the light isn't annoying at night, I was thinking of using the finnex led clip on, http://www.finnex.net/index.php?opt...4&product_id=264&Itemid=61&vmcchk=1&Itemid=61 or one of these submersible lights http://shop.mediabaskets.com/Underwater-10W-Single-Light-WTL10.htm I know chaeto doesn't require a whole lot of light think this will be enough?

Either of those will work I would think. Seen similar setups but most/all of them were using 3000 to 8000 kelvin spectrums (warm/cool whites). You can buy PAR 30 bulbs at HD/Lowes in these spectrums.

I ended up ordering the submersible, I'll spray the outside of the fuge black that should give me little light escapage to annoy me at night.
