Pseudotropheus lombardoi, male.
Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to eat for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed lamb denying enforcement of the vote.

Agree with subrosa.....a very aggressive mbuna african cichlid to be sure. Looks to be a young male who is just starting to change into his adult yellow color.
Have a Nice Day!

Maylandia lombardoi commonly called kenyi in the hobby. It's a female or young juvenile male. I've seen females with some yellowish tint. Kenyi are one of the few mbuna where the male changes to yellow and the female stays blue. In most species it's the opposite; the female is yellow and males become blue as they mature.
Cheers,
WYite
