I need to confirm sex on this jack Dempsey. I'm almost certain its a male. Either way he or she is the most beautiful jack Dempsey I've ever seen! You have to see the colors on this guy/girl in person! Purely amazing specimen! So is it a male? I've gotten male from almost everyone everywhere except a couple females thrown out there. So what do you think?

I'm no JD specialist, but I think that one looks like a male to me.
Thanks that's what I was thinking but I need more approval from more members as i don't want it to be a female because I already have a female

If I remember right, JDs can be in a harem. I know someone who has 1 male and about 4-5 females in one tank, everyone gets along. The thing is that none of them have paired off yet *nervous*

Seems like a male to me. Females usually have a lot more blue splotches on their face than males do. This might not be true for all JD's, but it is what I have observed.
