I think, depending on your filtration, you could add another festivum if you wanted. I personally wouldn't push it beyond that and would consider it fully stocked.

Looks pretty overstocked as is. I would consider relocating the congo or the synos to separate tanks, may see some more natural behavior that way too! Cute festivum though.

imo its not overstocked. im very dilegent with water changes and overfilter.
