My question is am I harming this guy by having him in a 55? He's kinda big and all but does have room to swim around. But I've been thinking of trading him in and getting 2 or 3 smaller synodonus. What you guys think?

Should I add a smaller one of the same kind? Or keep him alone? I heard they do like having another there. What do they do of there's more than one?

i think you could pull of 2 in a 75 which is just has a larger width. what else do you have with it?

I have a Pictis at about 5 inches. A L-200 green phantom Pleco at about 6 inches. A small buttikoferi and 2 small peAcocks. Adding a lab and one other fish tomorrow. Can't remember what it's called.

With just two syns, the bigger one will bully and chase the smaller one constantly. I've kept syns three different times, and each time there would be one alpha that would constantly chase and harass the smaller one. Now I have only one. Just keep one, he'll be fine in a 55.
