I feed all mine NLS Grow or Cichlid pellets, occasionally canned green beans, zucchini in season.

They like leafy greens too. Like spinach,kale, romaine. I always pop mine in the freezer until it is frozen solid then bring it out. It thaws quickly and they prefer it wilted over "fresh".
