Does this pleco look bloated or possibly pregnant? I have two and the other one has a flat bottom like it is supposed to be but this one is rounded.
I have had some ottos get like this then they're dead a few days later. All my ottos seem fine and my other plecos (bn & clown) look well.
What do you think?

It seems the pitbull was bloated. Today is day 3 of his 5 day medication and he is back to his normal self and size. He is still black and is supposed to be much lighter but that will come in time.
I highly recommend the Maracyn Two if this happens to anybody else. I left mine in the tank and just treated them all.
