Moonlight gourami

I've wanted one of these guys for some time and got to pick one up a couple days ago from my buddy's shop. but im wondering, does anyone know the general growth rate for them? Its still only a bit under 2", and i cant wait for it to get bigger.

If its not a dwarf gourami, (there are different colors) it should grow to 6 inches

How big is your tank??

PS--I rarely ever see them much bigger then 5".

5 inches is pretty much the norm. They're peaceful species of gourami but really should be in something bigger than a 30

I agree. The most is 5-6 inches. Post pictures if you can.
