The picture is a bit blurry, but I'd say just by appearance, you have some species of sponge growing.
Nothing to worry about. You'll have several come and go over time. Their presence is typically a good sign a tank is maturing. Exposure to air for any length of time usually kills them. If the sponge is large enough, you'll get a decent spike in parameters. If I find a sponge on a coral frag, I usually remove it.
