picked up a new betta last week. bought betta food, and when i got home realized i had bought flakes rather than pellets. not wanting to bloat my new friend i've been attempting to feed him the new life spectrum pellets i feed to my other fish (thera A formula if it matters). he's been spitting them out and rechewing them numerous times, but he never can seem to get them down. i've heard of betta's being picky at first... but considering how hard he tries to chew them i don't know wether it is or not. do i need to go get betta pellets, or can i just keep feeding him the NLS and hope he figures it out before he starves?
