i just bought 2 percula clownfish yesterday and idk if its just do to stress but they seem to be moving there mouths rapidly and arent swimming around theyre jus staying in one place also one of them has either a worm or poop coming out of its belly im jus wondering if this is normal or are these signs for something bad?

Doesn't sound too abnormal for clowns. They tend to hang in one corner when introduced (some laying almost flat at the top of the water). They may be like that for a few days. Best thing to do is not stick your face right up on the glass and let them get adjusted.
