CaribSea Mineral mud

Hi All,

I've recently purchased a HOB CPR refugium for my 35 gallon tank and I'm wanting to use Mineral mud as the mud bed. My question is since my tank is still new and I just added two clown fish, will this cycle my tank and possible kill the fish I have in there now? If it's ok can I...

1. Add two inch mud bed of Mineral Mud to refugium
2. Add I cyano to refugium
3. Place HOB refugium on back on tank
4. add RO/DI saltmixed water to refugium
5. let particals settle
6. turn on pump
