i am a newbie to fish keeping i got 3 young angelfish in a 29 gallon. i was told that i should get a CAE for my tank so i orderd it and forgot about it well it came in testerday so i brought it home and then started research now i know it was the wrong choice. im going to return him. i need to know what i should use instead?

Algae eating fish isn't maintenance. If you have algae, you get rid of it other ways. Very few fish survive on algae. There are tons of posts about this topic on the forum. It's light reading actually, so nothing to worry about.
