So I have jaguar cichlid fry, about 3 days old, well about 90 % of the fry spin around in circles like a dog chaising its tail, is this normal or do I have a bunch of.... "special" baby fish?

Not normal. At 3 days most should be up swimming prety much normally. I never worked with managuensis but I have bred motaguensis and I never saw any behaviour like that.

Haven't had jags spawn for me, but have had quite a few other CA/SA cichlids spawn at one time or another. Not normal at all, for any fry that I've ever seen. Durn near impossible to say what the problem is, whether genetic or environmental. I suspect that that 90% of the fry won't make it too much longer.

All are fine and free swimming going to feed some egg yolks today them off to the pet store tomorrow for other foods ill keep everyone posted
