One important thing left out about Prime...it's more concentrated than most other conditioners.

If you used the whole bottle, you used it incorrectly, to say the least. You should have used about 16 drops.. Prime is a good product, when used correctly.

Yeah I'm suspecting user error here...tons of people use prime with no problems at all.
