OK I read dozens of times over that people get cheap rock from landscaping places or home depot or lowes. Can someone give me an idea just which of it is safe?

It all looks like rocks to me. Any guidance would be appreciated. Also how much is safe to pile in there? I see lots in videos, but that stuff is heavy. My downstairs neighbor wouldn't like 125 gallons coming down her way :)

I wouldn't think that when people buy bulk "rock" that they are getting pavers or stepping stones. Those just seem too unnatural to me...although I'm not sure if they are the safe concrete anyways.

You might want to try more of a garden/landscaping place than Home Depot or Lowes.
