Just had one of the canisters on my RODI crack completely in two, just below the threads, wasn't super tight, I've made a few hundred gallons since I last even touched it. Anyone have something like this happen before? Already ordered a replacement from BRS $25 shipped :mad:

Did you change it or tighten it?

I suppose I could read better, so if you didn't touch it how did it break? Do you have it mounted?

Wall mounted, was making water when it happened I was in another room noone was in the room when it did it.
