dechlorinator with python-type system
Hello- i have city water. highly chlorinated.
I just ordered a Python -type water changer. i don't know when and how to add the dechlorinator. do i add a few drops into the tank itself as i hold the hose with water coming back in?

Put the Prime in before you fill, or as you are filling. Either way your be fine.

Spread it around
Although Prime interacts immediately with the water I would recommend:
1) On larger tanks to spead the Prime applied across the length of the tank so it mixes better/faster (do not pour Prime in on one end and flood new water on other end)
2) Not flooding new water in near filter intakes (if you leave your filters running during water changes)
3) Make sure you dose for roughly the entire tank size (some extra does not hurt)
