So my mom's letting me get a 30 gallon FOWLR fish tank.
Here's what I want to get:
2 goldstripe maroon clownfish
1 fu manchu lionfish
1 Odonus niger triggerfish
1 rose or bubble tip anemone

Is there any other fish I can get, or is it too much?

Depends on your tank size. You're going to need a six foot tank at least for a trigger

Since lionfish generally aren't active, you could probably get a fu Manchu, 2 clownfish, and an anemone. Since Niger triggerfish get at least 8" I wouldn't put one in a 30 gallon.
