recently got 2 fire bellied toads trying to keep humidity up in 10 gal semi aqudic setup any ideas

no fogger no pump at this time thank you

Hi! Try adding a plexiglass top to keep in the moisture. And even cheaper solution would be to put a sheet of plastic saran wrap over the top.

or a small water pump hooked up to some mini sprinklers (the kind you might find at a home improvement store's garden section)
