Need some advice

Hi I bought myself 2 gbr,s 5 days ago their fins had been badly nipped so I did extra pwc. On closer looking I noticed tiny spots on their fins. Thinking ich I increased temp. They have no other symptoms like flicking, clamped fins or gasping. No one else have these spots, the thing I don't understand is one day the spot is there & the next its gone. Their white in color & look like I could wipe them off. Could someone please help with this too confirm its ich. Pic included sorry its not clear spot on his dorsal at the right side. Thank you

Well it's ich! My bulldog plec has it as well, my problem is keeping the heat up at night I,ve added another thermostat during the day I can get it up to 86 but it drops between 82 - 84 at night will this be ok. Any help would be appreciated

My other fish have cleared from ich, but this one ram still has the same three spots they look like they,re sticking out? My temps up to 89. The other ram has split fins which I think is caused by these two nipping but there's a white line at the end off the tear is there something I'm doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
