Just got back from Petsmart. They have quite a few of their fish on sale for .80 with card. I picked up ten tiger barbs for 8 bucks, regular price would have been over $25. Cardinals, serpae tetras, bleeding hearts numerous wags, platies and mollies, male guppies (only, the females we still $2+). That's all I can remember but there may have been more.

My guy and I were there at opening this morning, but none of the fish we grabbed were on sale. Still pretty cheap though, and our 70 is finally finished. So we're both happy.
