No other abnormal behavior or physical signs. Eating like normal TB's, small amount of Aqueon Tropical Flake food twice daily, and half cube of Hikari frozen blood worms twice a week.

What should I do, are they at risk of death? Read it may be an internal parasite, but not sure how to tell which kind, and how to treat it.

More information might help. How long you've had them, how long has it been going on?

Usually, you'll have other symptoms of a parasite. I prefer to go slow, not jump on treatment until you know the problem.

I ended up buying New Life Spectrum Therma A that has garlic.

I added them two weeks ago after I cycled my tank. I only noticed it once from two of the fish.

Parasites would be an ongoing, constant change. Seeing it once or twice isn't a big deal, particularly from fish that are just settling in to a new environment.
