My husband and I are from Sebastian, Fl. 18 yr. retirees now.
We have had a range of tanks in our years together, from our first
a goldfish bowl full of guppies to raising (trying) Betta's and breeding
and getting fry, to lastly Oscars and now community.
We have 2 outdoor ponds with Koi and comets. Raised my Grandchildrens
turtles till they were the size of a dinner plate who all knew their names
and would come for a hand treat. But dinner they became one fatefull
night when an otter decided they would be his thanksgiving meal!! That
was a sad day for us as you really get attached.
We just started a new 60 gal community tank about a month ago.
We are now ready to put some fish in and enjoy something
besides water flowing in the tank.
I am hoping to get some great ideas and learn more about this great hobby
here at Aquaria Central and it's links.
